Tooth Sensitivity

A sharp, tingling sensation in the teeth triggered by cold or sweet foods or by brushing.

It occurs when the enamel wears down or the gums recede, exposing the dentin. It can be relieved with toothpaste for sensitive teeth, surface coating, and similar measures.
