What is cavity treatment?
The symptoms and treatment of cavities differ depending on the stage of progression.
- Less tooth reductionThe earlier cavities are found, the more tooth reduction can be minimized.
- Natural teeth last longerThe earlier they are found, the longer natural teeth can be preserved.
If an apple has a small bruise, you just cut that bit out and eat the rest. Cavities are the same.
A small cavity on the surface is treated by removing just the decayed part and filling it with resin. Put it off because it does not hurt, and it spreads toward the nerve, and then root canal treatment or a crown becomes necessary. That is why we recommend regular check-ups even without sensitivity.
STAGES
Four Stages of Tooth Decay
1A cavity forming on the enamel of the tooth surface; an early stage with almost no pain.
2Progressing into the dentin beneath the enamel, causing sensitivity to hot or cold foods.
3Inflammation spreads to the nerve, accompanied by severe, hard-to-bear pain.
4The internal tissue of the tooth becomes necrotic, and inflammation around the root gradually causes loss of the jawbone.

With excellent aesthetics and minimal tooth reduction, it is suitable for restoring damage near the gum line, between teeth, and chipped teeth.

It has high strength, aesthetics closest to natural teeth, and excellent bonding strength.

It stretches and spreads well, making it easy to fabricate to fit the exact shape of the tooth, and is harmless to the body.
