What we check for each condition

High blood pressure
Surgery is possible up to a maximum of 140–179 and a minimum of 109 mmHg; above that, it proceeds after an internal medicine consultation. Anticoagulants require prior adjustment.

Diabetes
Surgery is possible if blood sugar can be controlled with medication, etc., and there are no severe complications.

Osteoporosis
Prior consultation is essential when taking bisphosphonate-class medications, and artificial bone is used to supplement if needed.

Heart disease
At least 6 months must pass after myocardial infarction surgery, and antibiotics and anticoagulants are adjusted in advance.
